Brush Belt I Just Replaced The Brush Belt.?

I just replaced the brush belt.? - brush belt

I have a carpet cleaner 8910 telescope and the brush will not put pressure on the carpet.

if the lever on the blank facade is blank, then you should happen to use contact with the ground. Is there a lever on the top of the bottom that lets you raise and lower the head. most but not all have this feature. otherwise you have to take the lid and raise and lower the lever to see, why not move the head down. Go to the lowest price on the head (brush handle), lift the lever on the head (brush) should rise from the ground.
Best thing I can do to not be there.
Replacement of the belt something that I believe that I'm not doing anything which might put in their place.
