Vcr Player Only How Come My VCR/DVD Player Only Records One Channel And One Channel Only?

How come my VCR/DVD player only records one channel and one channel only? - vcr player only

I have my VCR / DVD to cable box is set to 3, so that you can see the channel stupidity, but the problem that is only 3 objects, audio and other channels not required .. . Help seriously.
